老公鍾意食中菜,平日收工喺屋企附近搵間好食,環境又好嘅中菜,呢間係我哋一直嘅心水。一去到餐廳,侍應已經好有禮貌咁打招呼。一杯普洱茶已經很驚喜,很香醇!充滿色水!我哋叫咗個休閒二人餐,因為計過最抵食🤣抵食過散叫。香蒜竹炭豆腐賣相好吸引,豆腐外脆內軟,配上炸蒜及杏仁,充滿層次。冰鎮鮑魚兩隻,拼鴨舌四條。鮑魚鮮甜有酒香,容易切開,口感剛剛好。鴨舌非常惹味,口感彈牙👍🏻👍🏻原來有海蜇,充滿麻油香嚟到呢度,一定要食鵝肉!一嚟到,冇諗過份量咁多😬份量好抵食!其實夠三四個人食🤣滷水味道清香,鹹甜適中,肉質嫩滑。雙拼我們選了鵝翼,非常滋味!套餐亦包了兩款燉湯1)杏汁白肺燉湯2)姬松茸螺頭燉竹絲雞燉湯非常足料!充滿火喉。味道很鮮甜,是滋補之選米湯杞子浸菜苗米湯及杞子鮮甜,菜苗幼嫩,二人餐來說份量未免太多😬炒麵賣相好靚,銀芽同麵條炒得均勻,充滿蝦仁及香蔥!味道豐富帶微辣,為味蕾提供一大享受餐廳很有心思,有每日推介菜式!最後我哋兩個都食唔晒,要打包拎走😆總括而言,餐廳環境舒服,食材選料上乘,菜式味道令人印象深刻,拍得上米芝蓮!我們絕對會再次光顧! continue reading

成班人嚟觀塘已經食到唔知去邊好,咁就搵咗呢一間名人館見好似好多好評,應該唔差?但係原來名大於實,完全同我喺呢度睇嘅相嘅份量唔一樣嘅?定係淨係呃我哋?同埋完全係智商稅!首先講咗啲好嘅先~好少見到有鵝紅食,通常都係鴨血或者豬紅!咁呢個韭菜煲算係唔錯嘅另外個薑蔥桶蠔煲都算係咁~啲蠔都大大隻!但係完全唔覺得有用到薑蔥炒,似係就咁放落去撈埋一碟然後想講一講完全唔掂嘅嘢首先,冰鎮咕嚕肉!嚟到嘅賣相都幾得意嘅,第一次食冰鎮上邊會有生果,不過啲菠蘿酸到黐線😂而且啲冰好似膠膠地都唔夠凍咁😂咕嚕肉嘅糖比起平時嘅甜,冇酸甜既感覺…然後個竹炭豆好似話係必點?係真係幾好食嘅,但係我唔係好明點解每舊大細不一,不一到都有啲誇張之後叫左一斤白灼蝦,呢個先係最嬲嘅嘢!半斤賣$108,依到一斤$216,嚟到嘅時候唔講以為俾人食咗幾隻😂呢度得12隻蝦一斤???蝦黎到嘅時候我哋成班人都下左聲…煮開飯嘅我哋,先唔講出邊一斤蝦幾多錢但係唔係依個份量囉!!!出邊一斤蝦大約每次都26隻左右,仲要擺盆都唔擺下!大家望下張相就知之後個職員可能聽到我地講,佢冇啦啦走黎話問左廚房,係有磅過既唔知澄清黎做咩😂澄清左仲覺得鬼我地仲叫左個羊腩煲,味道正常,包埋生菜因為佢係用煲煮,好快冇水,叫職員加個水都等左10分鐘多…(場內冇咩人)有個講普通話既職員拎左過黎幫我地倒,倒到張枱都係😂之後個花開富貴,係幾得意既!但係好似冇調味而且啲蕃茄係生既,都可以一啲汁水都冇😂最後個例牌鵝片…$288黎到勁細碟!以為佢高高地可能有好多?原來$288既鵝片得上面大家見到皮果幾舊下面全部都係豆腐😀😀😀 continue reading
