To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

世一咖哩吉豬平民舊式茶記必食嘅咖哩吉列豬扒飯😋茶記舊式，環境雖然較細同一般，但係呢個咖哩吉列豬扒飯真係出色！～我唔大食，所以叫咗少飯～～～呢個咖哩汁有舊式風味，夠香辣惹味！ 吉列豬扒大大件，最正係佢即炸所以好香脆！吉豬炸到金黃色，外脆內軟，超鬆化。宜家呢啲小店真係越嚟越少！！檸茶茶味濃，好飲！$42 一碟真係抵，加$2就轉凍飲～～～ 有時候呢啲舊式嘅茶餐廳質素真係唔錯，雖然環境係舊一啲，但值得支持！！
