To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細個成日都嚟太子依間金華茶記食飯，今日咁啱經過就入去食咗個lunch。叫左個星洲炒米同必食招牌墨西哥油。星洲炒米好有鑊氣，辣度啱啱好，料亦都好多，有叉燒、火腿、蝦、青椒、蔥、芽菜同洋蔥，不過略嫌多左少少咖喱粉，未算均勻，偶爾會食到一啖好多咖喱粉，少少苦，茶記來說，炒嘢算中上。墨西哥油一定要試，係世一嘅墨西哥包呀😍😍。外鬆內軟，係鬆並唔係脆！夾埋舊安佳牛油，簡直是人間美食🙈！下次經過一定要再買！🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂奶茶就中規中矩啦，沒有特別，只屬中游水平。啲姐姐嘅服務態度都好好，充滿人情味。
