唯一追求最出色嘅沙嗲牛公仔麵,今次特登嚟荔枝角試吓,我11點幾已經到咗,都見到有條人龍,證明佢真係好出名,足足等咗20分鐘,終於到我了!坐低就一定係沙嗲牛公仔麵啦,即刻加隻蛋同埋個個都叫嘅紅腸,叫埋杯凍檸茶,真係完美嘅組合!等咗5分鐘就有得食,首先,見到個沙嗲湯底上面有洋蔥,就知道佢嘅沙嗲湯底唔簡單,整體係唔錯!再試啲牛肉,首先份量都幾多,啲牛肉冇筋,唔會黐牙,啲牛肉整體都幾好!沙嗲牛配隻蛋真係完,另外講返啲紅腸,佢真係好闊綽,大大件,不過啲紅腸有啲鹹,可能太多份量,加埋原有嘅沙嗲汁,整體鹹咗啲,但不失為一碗好嘅沙嗲牛麵!整體都係值得排隊,如果湯底可以淡少少就一流啦!
