To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想去銅鑼灣的﹐不過泊不到位﹐終於把車駛至跑馬地才泊到位。因為身體還沒有完全康復﹐所以祇想簡簡單單的吃罷就回家休息﹐這小店就最適合了。不是太肚餓﹐所以只點了上海炒年糕﹑紅燒豆腐和清炒時菜。是正宗的上海口味吧﹐這裡的菜都做得偏鹹﹐用來送白飯會比較好一點。除了這個確定以外﹐我是挺滿意這餐的﹐年糕又滑又煙韌﹐豆腐亦很入味﹐不會只是鹹鹹的醬汁獻包著淡而無味的豆腐﹐好﹗這裡多是做街坊生意﹐但因地區關係﹐街坊中有很多外籍人士﹐是晚除了我們﹐其他每檯都有外籍人士呢﹗坐在我們隔壁那檯﹐和早幾個月前我們去午餐時是同一對夫婦﹐不過這次我們換了檯子坐咯﹐世界真係細﹗p.s. 用HSBC 信用卡晚餐惠顧滿$100 有9 折
