朋友係生蠔怪黎,佢知道呢間餐廳有一個開蠔活動,所以就早早訂定枱喇餐廳位於二樓,要由旁邊嘅大廈入口到搭𨋢先得,環境都唔錯,坐窗邊仲可以欣賞下蘇豪嘅街景添~落單無耐,就可以欣賞開生蠔表演喇,開生蠔嘅世界紀錄保持者Mr. Marcel Lesoille 特登黎到呢到為大家表,聽聞一分鐘可以開38隻生蠔,所以一開始就表演神速手開蠔,跟住就係矇眼開蠔,再用唔同道具,例如兩蚊硬幣或者係膠咭等開蠔,如果屋企無開蠔刀,不妨試下用身邊嘅野黎開,哈哈開完蠔緊係要食咗啲蠔佢啦,服務員好細心咁教我地應該點樣食生蠔,由於生蠔無用水沖過,所以有淡淡嘅海水味,唧少少檸檬汁,可以帶出生蠔嘅鮮味,而且蠔肉仲好肥美,唔係蠔怪都會愛上啊前菜除咗生蠔之外,仲有番紅花忌廉汁煮新西蘭青口,不過就咁睇唔見有矜貴嘅番紅花,但係就有唔少嘅青口,汁主要加入咗白酒煮,普遍都會配埋麵包,可以點下啲汁一齊食,可惜呢到就無配麵包,就咁飲個汁又偏鹹,都係連埋青口肉食會好啲其中一款主菜係平時好少會食嘅特色焗法國鵪鶉,由於鵪鶉比較細隻,可以食嘅肉唔多,服務生仲好主動咁幫我地切同分好隻鵪鶉。想食得斯文少少都有啲難,因為要係細細嘅鵪鶉到挑啲肉出黎,絶對唔

其中一款主菜係平時好少會食嘅特色焗法國鵪鶉,由於鵪鶉比較細隻,可以食嘅肉唔多,服務生仲好主動咁幫我地切同分好隻鵪鶉。想食得斯文少少都有啲難,因為要係細細嘅鵪鶉到挑啲肉出黎,絶對唔係一件易事,而鵪鶉嘅肉較似乳鴿,有少少粗糙,亦都比較乾身,不過整體都唔錯嘅

另外一個主菜係風乾火腿牛肝菌意大利飯,雖然係幾簡單嘅菜式,不過都有啲驚喜,牛肝菌味道就唔係太濃烈,而且意大利飯味道偏淡,就咁食嘅話就麻麻,但係配合埋鹹鹹地嘅風乾火腿一齊食,味道就得以平衡,令成個飯更加惹味,意大利飯口感都適中,唔會太軟或者太硬,真係幾好
