To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都係食開呢一碗超級好味嘅炸雞翼牛丸撈丁！ 超出色，唔係講笑😢💓首先係佢個炸雞翼，外皮勁脆卜卜，亦都有蒜香味，就咁聞吓佢都有濃郁嘅蒜頭味道😍然後牛丸先係重點！真係爆汁牛丸啊！勁有牛味，一啖咬落去就知道係正嘢！佢個豉油王撈丁亦都唔會煮得太淋，有豉油王嘅香氣，覺得太乾嘅話，我通常都會配埋佢上個碗湯，然後再加佢哋嘅秘製辣油😭真係好好食㗎，一碗雙拼咁好食嘅撈丁只係$48咋，強烈推薦大家快啲試吓！💓

然後牛丸先係重點！真係爆汁牛丸啊！勁有牛味，一啖咬落去就知道係正嘢！

佢個豉油王撈丁亦都唔會煮得太淋，有豉油王嘅香氣，覺得太乾嘅話，我通常都會配埋佢上個碗湯，然後再加佢哋嘅秘製辣油😭真係好好食㗎，一碗雙拼咁好食嘅撈丁只係$48咋，強烈推薦大家快啲試吓！💓
