To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日終於食到人生食過最難食嘅海南雞飯!真係忍唔住要打返篇食評😭平時夜晚見到呢間餐廳好多人排隊,今日放工已經8點幾,見到唔洗排隊,當然要把握機會去試吓。餐牌上既一人套餐包括小食,主食及飲品($92),但係我今日胃口一般,只單點左個新加坡海南雞飯。海南雞個賣相好差,甩皮甩骨咁,而且肉質勁鞋,完全無雞味,雞皮亦冇油香。其實雞件都唔係重點,醬汁先係靈魂,我真係未試過連醬汁都咁難食。我平時最鍾意黑豉油蘸雞同撈飯,因為甜甜地好開胃,但呢度個黑豉油有苦味,味道好奇怪。咁我唯有轉戰辣醬啦,但得個酸字,個味道都幾難接受。薑蓉就正正常常。油飯又係世界級難食,完全無油香,我寧願食白飯。真係太難食,食得好辛苦。好慶幸今日冇點到一人套餐,一個海南雞飯賣單承惠$73,完全唔值呢個價,今次係我唯一一次亦係最後一次食呢間餐廳。
