週二晚約咗舊同事八點半晚膳,太陽未落山就收得工o既小肥就即興咁搵契妹食個下午茶,喺世貿行緊街街o既佢就提議去三樓間「穴」度食魚生。餐店裝潢時尚,間隔開揚通爽。牆上o既金魚圖案極之可愛,而且仲好醒神添。細問下先知原來「穴」於午餐後係冇落場時間o既,下午茶時間都照常營業,餐牌上o既魚生熟食都一樣可以點。埋位後,二人先點咗杯凍飲解解暑。香橙賓治($58):橙味特飲清新爽甜,喝畢確真涼快不少。小肥因有下場,所以就簡單要咗客魚生前菜、火炙卜口壽司、炸豆腐、及兩條串燒。章紅魚薄切黑松露帶子($128):前菜有七件以章紅魚薄切墊住帶子及黑松露o既潮派刺身組合,外表很是吸引。晶瑩剔透o既章紅魚薄切質感爽潤,配上鮮甜o既帶子又多咗份嫩脆,頂面以黑松露點綴更能提升芳香,美妙極!配角海藻沙律爽脆得黎散發著陣陣柚子香,一樣咁好味。火炙吞拿魚腩壽司($110):火炙吞拿魚腩壽司入口即溶,香濃肥美又軟熟,!炸豆腐($48):炸豆腐層炸皮薄而鬆軟,方形豆腐磚亦幼嫩滑溜。串燒雞皮($28):串燒雞皮香口得黎一啲都唔油膩,屬送酒佳品也。串燒雞軟骨($28):串燒雞軟骨乾巧又夠脆卜卜,掂呀!XO仔經常準時收工,除咗可以暢

XO仔經常準時收工,除咗可以暢飲歡樂酒品之外,其實仲有好多時候嘆多餐架
。多得愛逛街o既契妹留意到日式料理「」全日都有魚生熱食供應,細佬得以首次於黃昏前食潮派美食作下午茶。
