說到食大閘蟹,可以說年年都會去東海。雖說今年啲蟹話有問題,但作為蟹宴龍頭,東海又點可以唔好好把闗?所以我哋都係揀食返一向水準依然的東海。首先食上卜卜脆的炸蝦片小食。炸得好大塊呢~~蟹粉小籠包,絕對係東海出色蟹宴菜式之一。新鮮熱辣捧上,熱食最好!每一隻大閘蟹都拆肉起蟹粉,只能製作兩隻蟹粉小籠包。也就是說,一籠就是食了兩隻大閘蟹了!一口咬下,金黃蟹粉流出,加上上湯,油份充足,甘香非常!另一喜愛,就是生拆蟹粉蒜茸包!一個小煲上,份量非常呢!蒜蓉包新鮮焗熱,香脆而有鞎適當的蒜香。最正是生拆蟹粉。蒸熟後拆蟹肉,再拌上蟹黃蟹膏,拌煮而成。其甘香,令人一聞惹味。厚厚的蟹粉抹在香脆的蒜茸包上,既有蟹粉的油甘香滑,也有蟹肉的絲絲口感,加上香脆蒜茸包,更添風味。花膠佛跳墻,用料好鬼足!大大塊的靚花膠,食落口彈牙。加上個湯頭有著精華雞湯,更是回味!成班人食,當然係一大盤咁上!呢度講明會俾4.5-5兩的大閘蟹。揀選的是優質靚蟹,隻隻大細相若。嗱,有手掌咁大既SIZE架!睇到?一開個蟹蓋,金黃蟹膏滿滿。油香撲鼻!就連肉的位置都有好多蟹膏呢。蟹黃十分飽滿,蟹膏軟滑線密呢。啖啖蟹黃與蟹膏,十分滋味~最後就有海鮮烏冬
