Book了位所以不用等待,餐廳只有3枱人,我們坐在自成一角的卡位,十分滿意。前菜 麵包是由意大利和日本麵粉做,店員說只沾Olivia oil更好味,但還是給了點黑醋我們。我們發現真的沾油比較好味,麵包也很軟haha叫了Life和blue royal飲。前者有3層口感,先是咸再苦再清新,十分特別。後者份量大,易入口,十分清涼。我們先吃fired prosciutto balls,入面是火腿肉,不錯。炸得不是很油,配上特別醬 一點酸辣。再來是3樣half的pasta; Beetroot Ravioli,紅菜頭加芝士雲吞,口感很似bb food但配答不錯,紅菜頭使芝士不太肥。Chitarra Brown Crab好評,好後悔叫半份。味道很重很入味,意粉是00麵粉,好彈牙,好好食。Sweet potato gnocchi,我覺得如果是白汁更好,口感好像吃很軟的薯仔,幾特別。USDA ribeye 配marrow一流,有3隻食法,就咁食牛味都好正,店員話如果食到生應該要叫4成,我們5成都好。再係牛加有檸檬葉既牛油,另一層次,比較香。最後是加marrow,好正,唔會太油。甜品是Sweet corn
