To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日喺尖沙咀區搵地方聚會，想可以慢慢嘆又任食，呢間就好適合，可以食足兩個鐘㗎！午餐時間真心特別划算，連加一的價格大約在320元左右，性價比讓人驚喜。上菜速度飛快，透過QR碼下單，我哋今次幾乎無出現漏單情況，而菜單選擇極其豐富，lunch同dinner嘅菜款都一樣，從刺身、壽司、炸物、燒物、小食、熱鍋，刺身拖羅、海膽 ，入口軟綿綿，油脂即化，鮮嫩多汁，特別like鵝肝，表面脆卜卜，內裏真係好Juicy，咁嘅品質喺放題可不常見，真係物超所值。今次仲極度驚喜有魚子醬添，一小盒咁上，俾得好大方，有微微鹹香，我哋兩個都encore咗四輪😄如果你喜歡燒物，絕不能錯過牛油燒翠肉瓜和西京燒比目魚，翠玉瓜燒到爆汁，比目魚魚脂濃郁，深受我哋喜愛。
