To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日上影樓揀完相,媽咪話想食潮州菜!打電話訂位又有位!一家七口(五大兩小)準時到攞位!坐最入個細廳中圓枱!地方光猛舒服,餐具乾淨!食潮州菜嘅餐廳好極端,一係大酒家,一係草根小館!自己覺得小店風味好啲但同媽咪食只想坐得舒服!叫咗:香辣咸海蜇--呢個唔記得影相,辣味唔強,細路都食到,海蜇爽口彈牙,唔錯淨鹵水鵝片--有豆腐墊底,豆腐係百福豆腐質地,好滑但唔夠挺身,夾唔起,唔似一般潮州豆腐!鵝片鹵得入味,鹵水唔咸但唔太重香料味,點醋食幾好杏汁豬肺湯--一開七,每人都分到一小碗,味道偏甜,似飲甜湯,杏仁味好濃,但遮蓋晒啲豬肺味!豬肺洗得乾淨,煲得淋身,但湯底太甜所以食唔出味道!一般菜片蝦崧--我先淨食蝦崧,肉碎炒埋蝦肉,炒得好濕,漿埋一團,菜片新鮮爽脆,但配蝦崧一齊食就無味,因為蝦崧唔夠味,一加水份高嘅生菜,兩者都溝淡晒!唔好味!乾煎糖醋麵--呢個簡直失望,上枱個樣都唔錯,但一夾起就唔對路,軟趴趴散晒,表面唔脆,似食普通麵撈糖醋!味道雖然唔係差,但唔係糖醋麵嘅外脆內軟無晒!羅漢齋上素--齋菜種類多,蠔油汁好味,汁都唔係玻璃獻,係略嫌細碟啲!鴛鴦水晶飽--呢個本來做飯後甜點,點知一上枱見只有一種蓮

鴛鴦水晶飽--呢個本來做飯後甜點,點知一上枱見只有一種蓮蓉味,無咗奶黃味,而且碟底仲有一大灘水(係可以傾倒出來咁多)完全接受唔到!叫個女侍應問點解得一隻味,佢無去了解順口就答我:「應該買晒,所以得呢隻味!」,我話:「咁你哋無都要同我講一聲架⋯⋯」我都未講完(仲有灘水嘅問題),個女侍應已經閘住我:「咁而家你即係要唔要?」(好掘嘅語氣)我即刻著火:「我而家唔要」,佢即刻拎返去廚房,餐廳最後取消,如果我知得一隻味都照落單,當然無問題,選擇權在我手,唔係你餐廳決定我要唔要,但個女侍應嘅態度令我一肚氣!未計之前同一個女侍應問都無問就收走碟海蜇(雖然只剩低啲碎,但問題係無問過個客人,好無禮貌)

我埋單嘅時候,有向個經理表達個女侍應問題,唔係要攪佢,反而係唔想佢攪到其他食客,我九百幾蚊同屋企人食餐飯唔係為受氣,我特登比錢時講係唔想餐廳以為我想𢱑著數!係想表達番不滿!經理都即時好抱歉,好有禮同我們講唔好意思,我亦同佢講番其他侍應服務正常,(服務嗰一分係比其他侍應嘅)係特別那位女侍應令人失望!食物可能偶爾失手,但咁嘅級數酒家唔應該有呢種服務!

餐廳參加咗亞洲萬里通獎賞計劃,食$8有5 asiamiles,我用AE卡又有里數賺,經理都好有心機幫我攪(因為要填表)但我唔會因為有優惠而去某餐廳!最緊要食物好味道!
