To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at this restaurant. Of course, first thing I ordered upon arrival is the double sided pan fry noodle. Although many people say that it can be cooked at home, I really like double sided pan fry noodle or some call it the sugar and vinegar pan fry noodle. The traditional double sided yellow/sweet and sour noodles are made with duck egg noodles. Most home recipes, whole egg noodles may be used instead. It's a pity that the dish turned out to be less than average I even I forgot to take the photo. We also ordered an aromatic crispy duck, but the taste was a bit strange.

呢度價錢相對念川居平好多!我喺呢度生存左咁多年都係第一次試!原來呢間嘅食物真係偏向潮式,而且仲腫得幾好味,好多特色嘅菜都有,好似潮式凍馬友 蠔仔粥咁皮蛋酸薑質素麻麻地,皮蛋唔係太好食,酸薑就都好重色好特別!不過做得一粒蛋切開,底下就好多酸薑滷水鵝片質素唔錯,而且唔會好多肥肉唔食得嘅位,不過途中好似好豐富,其實下面已經全部係豆腐表面嗰啲就係全部肉㗎喇佢好多菜式都用老豆腐墊喺下面底,好似牛展咁樣都係唔知佢係咪真係動馬油,因為佢係熱嘅🤣🤣🤣不過好好味,好有油脂而且好大條好新鮮唔草味韭菜豬紅好味!我哋仲嗌咗好多潮式嘅蔬菜類,例如排骨炆苦瓜,方魚芥菜等等全部都整到不錯!呢度仲有滷水豬腳筋,不過如果整得再林啲就好當然普通嘅蝦餃燒賣腸粉導遊,質素正正常常幾好味店員服務態度都好好,有機會會encore

今天晚上和女朋友以及兩個朋友約了在這家潮州菜酒樓吃飯!之前就聽說這間的潮州菜非同凡響,這不這次就來試一試!最好吃的還當屬四寶片皮雞這是我吃過最好最好吃的手撕雞!完全沒有一點骨頭,雞皮香脆入口回味無窮!正道菜顏值也非常的出色,手撕雞肉製富有彈性,肉中還加了些花生和葡萄乾,甚是新奇!店家說這可是鎮店之寶,怪不得那麼好吃!梅菜炆扣肉,口感香而不膩,最快被吃完的一道菜,肉和梅菜都很美味龍穿虎肚,一聽到這個菜名就知道不簡單,此菜製作工藝不可輕視最裡面是豬肉,中間是鰻魚肉,最外面套著豬大腸,很有層次感也很用心,印象非常深刻。吃完一卷再配上青口的青蘿蔔卷非常解膩!個人覺得最漂亮的一道菜肯定是錦繡四拼盤!雖然是潮汕滷水拼盤,但店家把它做到了極致!整體來說,味道真的令人難忘,尤其是手撕雞!下次還會再來!

這是我吃過最好最好吃的手撕雞!
完全沒有一點骨頭,雞皮香脆入口回味無窮!正道菜顏值也非常的出色,手撕雞肉製富有彈性,肉中還加了些花生和葡萄乾,甚是新奇!店家說這可是鎮店之寶,怪不得那麼好吃!

梅菜炆扣肉,口感香而不膩,最快被吃完的一道菜,肉和梅菜都很美味


龍穿虎肚,一聽到這個菜名就知道不簡單,此菜製作工藝不可輕視
最裡面是豬肉,中間是鰻魚肉,最外面套著豬大腸,很有層次感也很用心,印象非常深刻。吃完一卷再配上青口的青蘿蔔卷非常解膩!

個人覺得最漂亮的一道菜肯定是錦繡四拼盤!
雖然是潮汕滷水拼盤,但店家把它做到了極致!

整體來說,味道真的令人難忘,尤其是手撕雞!下次還會再來!
