雖然公司係附近,但次次都係去隔離果間食粥,依度一次都未去過.依間舖頭伙記得幾老實,我點咗個梅菜扣肉飯,話要跟湯.佢話唔記得開爐,所以湯唔熱架喎,使唔使轉飲品.因為天氣熱,湯涼少少都無所謂啦,我咪照要湯囉.湯送到既時候我都預佢係涼甚至係凍既,點知完全無問題喎.同我係出面飲既一樣吖,唔係熱到大滾咁解啫. 好彩無轉飲品,菜乾湯有淡淡菜乾香味,微酸,但我覺得對菜乾湯嚟講係正常既.可能因為肉少,湯唔夠甜.梅菜扣肉飯到喇,先唔講肉,終於午飯時間食到唔係黐埋一舊舊既飯,原來粒粒分明唔係必然,但係好多地方都做唔到.梅菜吸晒汁既味道,好滋味.扣肉好蝦人整,肉既部份好易煮得過乾.其實舊肉一夾上手已經知道乾乾地,但係離柴皮仲有好遠,已經算係中上.我食過太多扣肉都係肉既部份乾到柴皮.食扣肉一定預咗好肥膩,依份扣肉有差唔多一半都係肥膏,油份好多,索晒啲汁.中意食梅菜扣肉既人應該會非常中意.
