To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2 位去食下貴野,坐得寛趟係意料中事。個 view 正,服務唔錯。叫左水晶蝦球, 蛋蒸蟹鉗(正確名忘了),露筍帶子。蝦球近乎完美!甜、看、滑!好野!蟹鉗淡了一點,但食得出係新鮮野;帶子幾甜,但露筍重正。配理支白酒,唔錯嘅一餐。只係份量偏少,不過去得就預左了。
