To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中上環總喺有種別樣的氛圍。今次與男朋友慶祝生日,book了法國菜餐廳「Fast Gournet」。餐廳主打慢煮料理,攞過唔少獎項,廚師為了保留食材的原汁原味,堅持用少量調味和油炮製料理。今次我們當然就點了其中幾項熱門推介,包括龍蝦湯流心牛角包、法式焦糖燉蛋。<法式牛角包> $25一開始叫咗個最common 嘅牛角包黎試,外表金黃香脆,入口層次分明。<龍蝦湯牛角包> $58同樣都喺牛角包,但切開之後會見到無限流心的龍蝦汁。龍蝦湯從牛角包中緩緩流出,效果吸睛。<牛油果多士慢煮流心蛋> $88慢煮流心蛋+$12除咗有牛油果、流心蛋,還有櫻桃小蘿蔔和開心果碎,流心蛋口感creamy,配搭微硬的麵包剛剛好。<流心布拉塔芝士車厘茄沙拉> $188沙律材料有流心布拉格芝士、車厘茄、羅勒、番茄雪芭、黑岩鹽、羅勒欖油及意大利陳醋。番茄雪花芭味道香甜,遇上軟滑的流心布拉格芝士,清新自然,是開胃前菜。<至尊酥皮海鮮火山煲> $348火山煲喺今晚嘅重頭戲,男朋友頗喜歡。湯內含蔬菜粒、青口、魷魚、大蝦等海鮮,一開始可以先用鎚仔敲碎酥
