To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見完醫生行過這店，位於中上環交界，就入去食過早餐，可能已過了早餐繁忙時間，所以十分鬆動，得兩三人，坐下後阿姐才送上已剛收起的早餐牌，匆忙叫了一份麵食早餐，品質都不太差。這天點了時菜雞扒太陽蛋出前一丁配鴛鴦走，在這些茶餐廳吃東西，食物質素的要求自然需要降低一點，菜是芥蘭，一般新鮮，都算爽脆無渣，雞扒算大件，當然是雪藏貨，入口無雞味，肉質有點木，但不算太鞋，尚可接受，太陽蛋算是煎得有靈魂，有蛋香而入口嫩滑，麵也算淥得不差，入口沒有太淋；杯鴛鴦走也做得不差，茶啡比例算是洽到好處，沒有太大偏側，入口順滑，味道香濃。
