前排去咗主打泰式fusion菜嘅西環店 - 享慢煮泰,整體用餐體驗都好滿意,所以今次嚟中環店食晏。Restaurant week lunch menu包括3-course由$148起,價錢非常抵食。必點呢度嘅招牌菜-流心龍蝦湯牛角包,牛角包表面酥脆帶牛油香,一切開龍蝦湯就流出嚟。龍蝦湯鮮味十足,牛角包吸滿湯汁,感覺似食緊酥皮湯是日餐湯係雜菜湯,雜菜湯味道濃郁而且足料。是日沙律係薯仔沙律,有紅菜頭汁伴碟,幾有心思。主菜揀咗經典雪梨酒 燴 和牛面頰,慢煮和牛面頰非常軟腍,食落帶點骨膠原。薯蓉細滑充滿牛油香伴碟雜菜炒得香口另一個主菜揀咗香煎大西洋鱈魚柳 檸檬牛油汁,魚柳表皮煎得脆身,魚肉結實帶鮮味。但係檸檬牛油汁檸檬味唔夠突出。慢煮creme brulee表面焦糖糖衣香脆,custard蛋味濃郁口感軟滑,帶點雲尼拿香,果然係好好味,難怪係呢度嘅招牌甜品!芝士蛋糕細滑香濃,配埋偏酸嘅藍莓醬好好味椰子雪糕係gelato,口感清新唔會太甜跟餐可以加錢轉飲咖啡同特飲,上次喺享慢煮泰飲過白桃芝味特飲覺得好好味,所以今次試下荔枝玫瑰紅茶芝味特飲,芝士奶蓋好好味,荔枝紅茶有茶香甜度適中,而latte味道不
