聽朋友介紹尖沙咀粵海酒店新開左間日本餐廳,仲提議我地黎試下,一向鍾意食日本菜既我當然冇問題啦。店內裝修簡潔寬敞,亦有日式餐廳風味。海膽杯-配有蟹肉及鮮帶子(左至右)日本溫室蕃茄沙律、池魚刺身、真鯛壽司、三文魚壽司(左至右)火炙帶子壽司、火炙左口魚壽司、池魚刺身、蟹膏玉子(左至右)安格斯牛肉串、煙肉芝士年糕、三式天婦羅、吉列炸蠔(左至右)豚肉露荀卷、三色雞肉串、燒羊架、燒蠔鐵板蒜片牛柳粒豆腐雪糕總括而言,前菜、壽司及刺身都好鮮甜味美,屬水準之作。熟食很香口,我特別喜歡燒羊架及吉列炸蠔,鐵板牛柳粒亦十分嫩滑惹味
