To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說12月頭呀Boo就見到平安夜Buffet做緊early bird加埋一都唔洗$350/1位‼️，講到有鵝肝、龍蝦🦞、燉湯、海膽手卷、生蠔咁就梗係狗衝啦🐶，點知就中哂伏喇，真係唔應該貪平🤦🏻‍♀️首先第二場係8:30開始，去到搭正8:30先開始安排入座都合情合理既，但係呢個年代仲要印哂所有booking出黎，遂個客係嗰10幾張紙度揾番個電話出黎真係慢到喊😭排係中間偏後隊既Momo Boo去到9點05度先坐到係張枱度😕然後個場好大🤓所有人都係度搶野食咁，大部分野食(特別係壽司/海鮮)放低前已經有圍住既人等緊，唔洗兩秒就清哂😀有次呀Boo以為好叻攞到個岩岩攞出黎既燉蛋，點知都係凍既🙈大部分野食一打開都係得番啲餸頭餸尾咁😅同埋都係凍既😀最盞鬼係佢個半露天BBQ Area🔥有啲串燒/湯麵/即切雞牛咁🍢 幾個攤位加埋就只得2個staff，每round燒到既野食亦只有3-4人份量，無哂就要再等佢即場燒🌝 Momo同Boo足足等左大半個鐘，係大半個鐘先攞到幾串雞串、2塊薄切牛同埋火雞😩 不過就叫做終於食到啲熱野😀至於説好的鵝肝、龍蝦🦞、燉湯、海膽手卷...只食到鵝肝😶、龍蝦🦞就有客都投訴無但職員就好堅

至於説好的鵝肝、龍蝦🦞、燉湯、海膽手卷...只食到鵝肝😶、龍蝦🦞就有客都投訴無但職員就好堅持係有出過既、海膽手卷見到有人食，但Momo同Boo去到刺身counter問就話個師傅走左😥燉湯同生蠔🦪就真係影都無見過囉🤷🏻‍♀️

甜品好似相對地就多啲選擇?!定係可能我地已經降低左要求😂不過個朱古力噴泉🍫⛲️真係滴滴仔咁呀陰公😀 雖然係幾平，但真係建議食物質素有好大既改善空間，最少都俾多啲熱野人食呀
