To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從來冇食過咁垃圾既自助餐，刺身食到我肚痛又嘔，老婆鐘意食龍蝦，所以訂位時問佢係咪任食，所謂龍蝦任食係假的，出了4，5轉，每次得幾隻，又多大陸人爭，重要冇味道，講真！冇樣好食，咁既價錢，絕無下次，有小朋友的勿去，冇咩啱小朋友食，失望失望，豆腐花唔滑又凍，楊枝金露苦到呢！食物品種太少，refill又極度慢BBQ嗰阿姐，燒到帶子變 乾瑤柱 ，壽司重攪笑，係唔可能順利夾上碟，壽司D飯一夾就散哂，請我都唔會再去，太可怕的自助餐， 貼錢買難受
