To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚和朋友一行7人入了一間叫澳門咖喱王清湯腩的茶餐廳，叫了7位放題打边炉，先來鸡煲，怎知一開蓋，得几粒鸡，而任食的材料種類少之又少，只有幾款丸類、菜類、牛柏葉、午餐肉、云吞、豬頸肉、排骨、粉麵、包2杯飲品食材非常唔新鮮、云吞很難吃、加了一轉菜已經冇胃口再叫、坐位又迫、枱又细張，叫飲品時幾經辛苦才叫到，因為店内只有3個侍應，估計是住家式一家人開的,見他們好像很繁忙，每次都説（等一陣先），唉！算了，百四元一位當買個教訓吧！
