To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日下午去食，入到去都算多人。兩個人叫左胡椒豬肚雞湯，炸豬扒，皇牌炸醬撈麵加渣渣，油渣牛腩清湯削瑤麵，可樂。胡椒豬肚雞湯真係得啖笑，果然圖片係只供參考。湯入面有兩塊腐竹，有豬肚，重點原來啲雞係雞絲，除左胡椒味之外都飲唔到其他味。油渣牛腩削瑤麵，油渣完全唔係油渣，牛腩有4小舊，每舊得一隻手指公都無咁大舊，又係得啖笑。油渣皇牌炸醬麵個麵勁淋身，味道唔夠，配料勁小。炸豬扒唯一一樣叫做正常，今餐最滿意既係罐凍可樂。埋單$138。
