To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午首度光顧,點了一個辣龍蝦意粉及一個薄餅午餐,餐湯是菠菜忌廉湯,到枱只有微溫,絕不合格,味道賣相還及不上一些茶記水平,龍蝦只有寥寥幾粒,意粉味道尚可,但份量亦少得驚人,在當今疫情市況下,以近200元一個午餐來說,餐廳對顧客似乎過份吝嗇!薄餅到枱同樣只有微溫,看得出來並非出爐立刻送到枱上,可見服務水準一般,味道不過不失,饀料份量僅算合格,同樣反映餐廳待客孤寒方針!今次是看過食評才來光顧,但仍然中伏,似乎上面食評許多都是槍手之作,有意光顧朋友要小心啊!
