Restaurant: The Chef's Table
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日呀囡生日 book左三位、由18:30開始食 、之前食都還可以 今日真係伏到一個點。松葉蟹腳 混普通蟹腳。一盤蟹兩種味、松葉蟹腳當然唔差好食、混入既普通腳 食到你腎衰竭…死咸。生蠔 不過不失 要排隊拎、熟食睇都唔駛睇 冇眼睇、見到都唔想食、鴨肝 唔知幾時出過一轉 見人地有出面又冇、絕對相信 成個場都唔會預到一人有一件、難道職員留返宵夜? 之後問職員幾時會再出?駛唔駛而家排定隊? (當時已經8點左右) 甜品死甜 、驚你唔會糖尿病咁。完 9點埋單算埋單中 職員先拎四件鴨肝比我…….唔算飽到嘔、而係質素差到唔想再食、是是但但食埋果四件 好珍貴既鴨肝 走人 。。。
