To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環既Deli-O 原來係尖咀Deli and wine 個frd. 喜歡尖咀既Deli and wine. 所以去上環見到佢個姊妹店即刻想試下.選了龍蝦汁海鮮意粉加左個是日湯( 龍蝦湯), 同埋一個常餐.龍蝦湯味道唔錯, 有鮮味, 係稀左少少.海鮮意粉都幾足料, 有魚肉, 大蝦, 帶子同青口. 個汁味道幾好, 不過多左少少. 同埋d 魚肉有粉醬炸過, 浸住d 汁之後就鬆泡泡, 感覺有點怪. 不過整體黎講算ok 好食.常餐有炒滑蛋,火腿同多士加一個叉燒湯意. 炒滑蛋夠滑好味, 火腿同多士正常.叉燒湯意個湯夠濃.最後唔夠喉, 加多左個雞肉牛油果沙律潛艇配薯條. 個潛艇好脆好好味, 雞肉份量ok, 加埋牛油果同沙律醬, 唔會太膩. 薯條係粗身, 而且炸得幾好, 唔算油, 唔錯.
