蕃薯uncle約咗幾隻麻雀腳去銅鑼灣「睿私房菜」飲茶,叫細佬幫忙訂位,嘻嘻,好人獲得嘅酬勞係免費午餐!位於二十八樓嘅中菜廳佔用面積全層,一邊對住跑馬地馬場,絕對有景睇。光鮮企理嘅用餐大堂並無花巧之裝潢,餐桌與餐桌之間有足夠嘅活動空間。每位席上都有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具,十分衛生。午市點心款式唔算特別多。大路嘅蝦餃同燒賣每籠正常有四隻,經理哥哥好好人,特別安排夠五隻俾五口子一人一隻,極俱變通能力,長輩都非常感激。冰鎮咕嚕肉($188):由於細佬最後一個到,所以唔知咕嚕肉嘅份量有幾多。咕嚕肉皮層冰脆,肉質尚算鬆爽。鮮蝦蝦餃($85/五隻):蝦餃層餃皮厚得黎好黏,雖然個餡都好鮮嫩,敗筆在於食落黐住哂啲牙仔。特色燒賣皇($75/五隻):燒賣就偏實咗少少,唔係好夠油潤,莫非特色在冇落肥豬肉?!香脆咸水角($58/三隻):咸水角外脆內煙韌,味道都唔差。香煎手工蘿蔔糕($68):蘿蔔糕個賣相有啲爛溶溶,辣味多過蘿蔔味,不過起碼食落唔硬唔實嘅。XO醬炒腸粉($118):腸粉軟潤滑溜,auntie們只係略嫌XO醬份量唔夠多,未為最惹味。生炒臘味糯米飯($168):上枱先發現糯米飯用咗花生炒製,小肥因敏感問
