To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 此店是渡假屋姐姐推薦的,第一天在長洲已吃了一次,走那天中午再吃一次才坐船回家,四方果卻要趕機鐵回去上班了常餐記憶中。是四十來元,豬扒湯意粉,豬扒夠鬆軟醃得入味,湯頭比較淡,意粉若煮得生一點會較彈,份量多。因長洲太多店都是以遊客為主導,此大份抵食的茶餐廳更覺珍貴,而且位置就腳,對正碼頭的大街上常餐中的牛油方飽,火腿及煎蛋,蛋非粉蛋而是一大片表面煎得略油,我慣性夾成三文治,進食時大意把煎蛋飛到四方果褲上,弄污了很尷尬又不好意思。點凍咖啡,因很眼瞓
