To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃開工飯，公司擇左係黃金海岸酒店食中午自助餐。疫情方面，酒店安排4人一枱，所有食物都由職員幫忙夾。先說說海鮮刺身方面，螺頭係big size，味道十分甜美，一人吃了8隻😂長腳蟹稍為遜色，沒有海鮮的味道。蝦比較普通。壽司和刺身方面，壽司厚切，味道一般。喜歡吃不同種類芝士既你，一定喜歡。我還是喜歡吃一片片的芝士🤣貴價芝士不合我口味。甜品是必須的。職員即時為客人製作窩夫，你可以自行選擇配料。任食Haagen Dazs雪糕，當日只有3款味道，貪吃的我當然不會放過這個機會，我一次過吃了三杯。🤣🤣
