今次中午去咗銅鑼灣食牛扒,係好多身邊嘅朋友食完推介我去嘅,午餐時間去到都唔使點排隊,坐低睇咗一陣餐牌就叫咗石燒薄切牛肉同澳洲穀飼肉眼扒。首先嚟咗啲頭盤嘅沙律同埋豆腐沙律菜新鮮爽口,有少少醋,加車厘茄,食咗份外開胃。另豆腐嫩滑清新,加上少少芝麻醬同蔥花,點綴左平淡無味嘅佢。係好好嘅一道前菜。之後,套餐加配嘅小食薯條都黎啦每一條都好粗炸到金黃色,咬落去外面鬆脆內里軟綿綿,加上小小鹽同胡椒,十分惹味,令人食唔停口。講左咁耐終於黎到主菜啦,我就集中講下自己食嘅澳洲穀飼肉眼扒啦,牛扒好大塊亦都好厚身,表面煎到深啡色得黎又唔會燶,未上台已經聞到香味。用刀輕輕就已經可以切開牛扒,里面呈現粉紅色,仲有唔少肉汁流出黎,細細口食一啖,感覺到肉質軟腍腍得黎仍然保持到小小肉嘅彈性,食落有好重嘅牛肉味,由於係肉眼,脂肪比較上無咁多,食多幾啖都唔會覺得油膩。最後跟餐仲附上一碗白飯,用靚牛排黎送飯,可能大家會覺得有D奢侈,其實係最適合不過,白飯清淡,同牛油同肉汁混和埋一齊食可以更凸出牛扒嘅肉香,令我地可以更清楚品嚐到牛扒應有嘅味道。以一個午餐來講唔算平,但食物嘅品質高,所以都算值得嘅。
