中午貪新鮮到彩晶軒飲茶,可是覺得不太抵。新的春卷造型,皮脆,瓜爽口,有一隻蝦加上沙拉醬,吃上去很有層次。微帶黑糖的味道(怪怪地),很乾,不過還算鬆軟。溫輕提示:最好趁熱吃,皮裡的熱湯混上肉餡,是最好吃的。這小籠包的味道非常好。腸粉本來ok,但加了一些很硬的蝦仔,那質感就變得很難吃了。牛肉球:咸了點,但牛肉的質感不錯,枝竹也很好。黑松露燒賣:完全嘗不到黑松露的味道!蝦也硬極了!小得不得了!食物卻好極了,蛋非常的滑,糖脆,天之合。香奶味和淡薑味融合,比之前我吃得好很多(滑很多)。
