今日去左旺角瓊華一間川菜館食晚餐, 之前食過味道同環境都唔錯, 今次二訪,見社交平台 post出左幾樣新菜式,賣相好吸引。餐廳一入門已經有涼亭位可以打卡!成間既裝飾佈置都非常古色古香, 而且座位都闊落舒適------------------------------荔枝蝦球 $108呢道菜絕對係必點招牌菜,打卡一流. 真係要佩服廚師既巧思, 蝦球以荔枝盆景出場, 再用乾冰營造仙氣效果蝦球用紅色脆米粒包裹住, 做到同真荔枝真係有9成似, 再一粒粒掛上荔枝樹, 食既時候可以一粒粒自己採落黎, 過程都好有趣講返粒蝦球, 蝦肉口感十分彈牙, 有蝦既鮮味, 加埋外面既脆米, 口感外脆內軟, 食落亦完全唔覺得油膩配上酸甜汁醬,好開胃更好食拔絲咕嚕肉 $148最特別係咕嚕肉上面加左糖絲拔絲, 宜家呢D傳統打真係買少見少, 糖絲拉到好幼好脆, 一啖咬斷千絲萬縷既感覺真係好爽咕嚕肉每粒都好大粒, 又啖啖肉, 份量都比得多下, 幾個人share都夠食炸饅頭 $58呢個又係必必必點既, 炸饅頭竟然係用一大艘古代征戰既木船上台, 船頭仲要企左個諸葛亮, 加上大量乾冰, 真係有種成風破浪既感覺, 成個出場太架勢喇
