To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公成日行經呢間中國風格既餐廳一直都好想試，今日終於走入去試一試！西餐為主，但餐廳內外為中國風格，十分別緻有特式，播放住柔情既英文情歌，十分有情調！先黎個小食「水牛城雞翼」$68雞翼香胞可口，加上芥末醬一齊食好開胃！再黎個「蒜味蕃茄芝士意粉」$68意粉上鋪滿我至愛既芝士粉，整個意粉有蒜香味外仲有超濃郁既芝士，蕃茄食得出新鮮似是採用有機蕃茄，整個意粉都十分出色！最後黎個主打菜「安格斯西冷」$420老公唔食太生，但我又覺得西冷要5成先好食，原本落單時叫左8成，最後廚師好好人行出黎問多最後決定要8成？我話想要5成，老公最後話7成都可以，廚師話7成幫你整到無血水啦！呢個廚師超利害，真係無血水，而且老公仲接受到，真係難得老公食得到，仲可以成塊食哂🤣西冷雖然7成熟，但肉質仍然嫩滑多汁有口感，沙律菜一樣美味香甜！
