To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇食評圖片好多人推，叫咗香草吉列牛+刺身，結果只有4個字，圖片只供參考，食評係打手。一上枱同FF完全唔同，唔係諗住大大塊牛肉，但迷你到唔似係肉，細過糖心蛋。燒果陣啲肉仲要唔好食，鞋嘅！啲香草呢就完全冇味，食完正常人都唔會覺得飽。刺身三文魚正常，油甘魚唔明點解要切一刀，食落淋pat pat 😒食完要再食老麥先飽...咁就$128+$35，唯一好在冇加一，但冇下次。
