To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中學時期好中意同fd去呢間食,當然依家小左去,但前幾日我個fd發炸排骨癮,就比佢拉左去食。雖然佢叫排骨面,但其實係炸豬排。一碟大概有8去,有一兩去會有骨,而其他全部都係肉。即叫即炸,每一次食都係熱辣辣,炸都勁脆,有肉汁,唔會炸得太乾。老闆好貼心,將炸排骨同面分開,排骨就咁食都已經好好食,但始終係炸野總會有小小厭,所以呢就可能張排骨浸一浸湯尼食,令排骨吸左小小湯之餘仲保留左脆既口感,非常正。排骨面排骨面,佢地會既係上海面,偏硬而且有小小黏,面呢我就一般啦唔算話好好食,但唔中意上海面既朋友可以轉番米線粗面等等。主要都係食排骨我覺得尼呢道既話我好中意飲佢地既菊花茶,好有媽媽煲既感覺,唔甜,菊花味幾重,飲落口好舒服,感覺上對身體好健康菊花茶$6,而排骨面一碗$30,又平又好食
