To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午來到太子區，本想買些日本精品但是走來走去都空歡喜一場，剛好午餐時間，正想找個地方休息一下，看到外觀中式味道頗濃厚的餐廳，入去吃點食物休息一陣子。炎炎夏日點上一杯沙冰解熱。芒果熱情果沙冰，沙冰打得幼滑冰凍，芒果味道香濃，加上酸香的熱情果，味道酸甜醒神。友人點上一杯薑餅人拿鐵。薑味頗濃厚的咖啡，苦中帶點甘香，可愛的拉花圖案已經取勝了。水牛城雞翼。沒有酸辣的醬汁，換上濃香的芝士醬，味道令人驚喜。即叫即製的煎雞翼，雞肉嫩滑多汁，外層香脆香口，內裡滋味咸香豐富，點點芝士醬更是味道出色的地方，微微芝士味令心再一回味。牛油大蝦螺絲粉。意大利醬汁加上微微芝士醬，味道咸香帶點酸甜，非常誘人。醬汁濃濃黏黏，螺絲粉彈牙掛汁力極高，蝦肉爽嫩彈牙，份量剛好味道豐富惹味。
