To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知食咩好, 就走左去大家樂食個有湯的中式飯, 叫左個南乳雞槌海鮮籠仔飯配冬瓜盅, 一開始食個冬瓜盅先, 雖然同張相個樣唔同, 不過都好足料嘅, 湯底唔會太鹹.一打開個籠仔飯就覺太多, 差不多成個籠都裝滿飯, 只有上面個層汁加少少餸及兩隻雞槌, 仲有三個好生嘅西蘭花, 比較淡...食落都冇咩味, 唔係好分到有咩餸係入面, 大約有粟米, 紅蘿蔔, 蟹柳, 魚...而雞槌就鹹左啲, 食唔到南乳味.

一打開個籠仔飯就覺太多, 差不多成個籠都裝滿飯, 只有上面個層汁加少少餸及兩隻雞槌, 仲有三個好生嘅西蘭花, 比較淡...食落都冇咩味, 唔係好分到有咩餸係入面, 大約有粟米, 紅蘿蔔, 蟹柳, 魚...而雞槌就鹹左啲, 食唔到南乳味.
