To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得由細細個嗰陣時候婆婆特別鍾意食粥,白粥通常唔會係入邊加其他材料,反而鍾意之後陪啲豆豉鯪魚或者腐乳又或者咸酸菜。到依家我都好懷念嗰種味道。呢度嘅中式西多士,同普通嘅唔同,就係佢中間嘅心唔係用花生醬又唔係用其他西式嘅醬料,佢係用咗中式腐乳,所以非常之特別。佢外邊所用嘅蛋漿亦都唔係用蛋黃,係用咗蛋白,所以整出嚟嘅西多士個樣都仲係白雪雪。咁好啦講下佢嘅味道,味道其實食落去都幾得意,因為佢中間嘅夾心係鹹嘅,再加埋煉奶嘅甜,味道其實都幾襯下,鹹鹹甜甜咁有兩層味道。但係味道來說腐乳不夠香,鹹香味多於腐乳香。不過勝在有創意,20蚊一件值得一試。
