每次想食中式糖水就會諗起合成!!今晚專程入九龍城食飯同埋食呢間做飯後甜品~我最鐘意食佢地嘅清心丸,喺出面嘅糖水鋪真係好難搵到有呢款配料,就算有都冇佢呢度咁出色,入口咁煙韌。清心丸係由薯粉整成,其實食落冇乜味,係潮州糖水特有架!近排天氣轉涼所以就叫咗個熱雪耳蓮子清心丸,蓮子都煮得好淋,加上雪耳嘅爽口同清心丸嘅煙韌..一碗有哂唔同口感男朋友就貪心地叫咗碗凍嘅椰汁紫米蓮子清心丸加湯丸..因為糖水係凍但湯丸係熱...所以佢地係分開上,感覺好似加湯丸有啲多餘咁....不過佢地嘅湯丸係黑芝麻口味,個皮都好薄,係好食嘅!至於個紫米就冇咩特別喇
