To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 酒店3樓的「LIS Bar」走的是國際美食路線,凍海鮮有阿拉斯加蟹腳、青口及大蝦:西式部份有不同的沙律,芝士拼盤,火腿,齊齊報道 :中式部份則是我覺得最精彩的,餐廳總廚是做中菜出身, 難怪中菜部份很手到拿來。「蠔皇鮑魚炆花膠鵝掌」,炆得夠入味「蜜糖豆XO醬炒蝦球」,XO醬很惹味,這個我吃得相當多「冰花梅子骨」,酸香開胃:「清蒸海斑」,眼見餐廳推了三條出來,轉眼都被清光。餐廳另一個角落是堂弄粥品,有十多款生料可以選擇,廚師即場炮製生滾粥:吃了一碗「鹹雞粥」,有驚喜,粥底軟綿,雞件用酒及鹽醃過,再加上彊絲,雞的鹹香及酒味全部都跑到粥底裏頭,雞肉滑:印度食品則是我第二喜愛,「咖喱魚頭」、「咖喱雞」、「咖喱雜菜」等等,咖喱汁不會一股死辣死鹹,很重香料味,而且一路會有小鍋爐明火熱着咖喱令溫度得以保持,用汁來撈闊條麵或點印度薄餅都匹配:另外每位顧客會獲贈一隻大蝦,可以用「黑松露忌廉汁」或「四川宮保汁」去煮,想西定想中,悉隨尊便 :我還是鍾情中式的四川宮保大蝦,香辣到位吃到這裏已經非常飽,甜品方面我則沒有吃太多。
