To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港想食中式點心放題嘅地方實在唔多，想喺酒店裏邊嘅中菜廳食中式點心放題更加難搵，凱悅軒係我認為理想之選，呢度地方雖然唔算大，但係一入到黎就感覺到係酒店高級嘅食肆，加上有落地玻璃，下午時間嚟呢度食飯，光猛開揚，座位與座位之間相當寬闊舒服，傾吓計食下野，確實享受。服務方面，亦相當周到細心，今次我地一行9人嚟食，有7位先到，我哋先叫咗7個湯，另外2位之後到咗，侍應竟然唔使我地叫，自動攞咗兩個湯比後來嚟嘅兩位朋友，呢種服務絕對五星級。👍🏻👍🏻至於落單上菜亦非常快捷，睇得出每一樣食物都係即叫即整，上枱嘅時候都係熱辣辣，食物質素都相當之高，雖然每位埋單計＄360，但以食物，環境同服務三樣嚟評價，絕對超值，值得一試。
