To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入座以后等了很久服务员也没拿菜单过来,后面点完菜,龙虾等了很久才上,服务员一开始说只要15分钟,后来才来解释说因为第一只龙虾不新鲜换了一只的关系,现杀的龙虾不新鲜??炒牛河和鸳鸯米里都有锅底结着的黑块。炒牛河味道平淡,牛肉有点炒糊了炒牛河和鱼汤鸳鸯米都不建议点,不如普通茶餐厅龙虾炒鲜奶还行,不过用的波龙,食材一般。服务四舍五入没有,最后才来加了一次水。整体体验很差,和隔壁丽晶轩差远了!菜品也没有人家丰富

第五味係「欖菜乾煸蓮藕帶子肉鬆」,感覺和生菜肉碎包有點相似,大廚同樣以認證過的加拿大帶子粒、冬筍粒、馬蹄粒、蓮藕粒、紅椒、腰果碎等食材製作,最後加入欖菜醬汁翻炒而成;更特意製作出炸米甜筒來盛載,不但增加香脆的口感,味道還非常出色。

個人幾中意食炒肉鬆,貪佢幾香口,呢個炒肉鬆仲要混入埋帶子、蓮藕粒、欖菜等,口感自然更勝一籌。師傅大概知我喜歡吃香口嘢,將坊間常用的生菜包轉成了脆筒,而且個脆筒係真正脆卜卜,肯定更得我歡心。
