好心個廚師練好基本功先出黎煮比人食!整色整水幾多花巧,再配幾多種汁都冇用。Risotto 整到好似㷛粥咁,完全唔得,現在來說基係我在香港食過的Risotto中排尾二。羊扒二百幾蚊兩件細細件,佢問我要幾成熟我話六成,竟然熟到咬唔開要直接吞咗佢。不過講起佢啲羊朳本身冇羊味,肯定唔係靚嘢。基本功唔得同佢投訴換過都唗氣啦,食物有問題我實换,但我唔想因為唔好食而要倒晒浪費食物。
