To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比朋友捉咗出嚟食飯，近排西餐日本菜就食得多啦，轉一轉口味，朋友介紹嘅呢一間翠亨村食中式功夫菜，美麗華呢間分店係頂樓，環境光亮乾淨且舒適。服務都好唔錯，侍應都好細心介紹佢地而家做緊咩promote輕輕推一推，$350 桂花蟹肉炒銀絲，而家仲有個seafood love sake嘅新menu配埋唎酒師推介嘅sake😯送嘅係係配上菊池 燦然 純米大吟釀 雄町 50 生原酒2蟹肉份量適中，配上咋瑤柱絲同埋爽口嘅芽菜，蛋香同蟹肉味襯托得幾好。跟手就嗌埋一個頭抽雪魚球，都係跟咗兩杯sake。鱈魚肉肥口滑嫩，帶有頭抽少少甜鹹甜鹹嘅味道，一共6塊魚肉左右，精緻美味，中意食魚嘅人一定中意呢味，幾惹味，好送飯！加埋2細杯sake！
