To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去完西九食晚餐，行咗去地鐵站上面，呢個位平時好多附近返工嘅人食午餐, 有餐前小食，不過原來要俾$10，茶位費40$ x2 🫢，兩個人埋單$452我哋叫咗三個餸，兩個白飯滬式燻鱸魚 $85好好食，仲要咁多嚿(8件)👍宮保雞丁 $118一道川味菜餚，但係佢冇落辣椒🌶️ 佢個外皮都可以食，係軟雪糕嗰啲皮，好入味啲腰果脆口，雞丁新鮮嫩滑大嚿，份量一比一，整到金黃色我冇P相，送飯正👍麻婆帶子豆腐 $118又係一道招牌川菜，喺內地食真係好平50幾蚊有一碟，其實味道就差唔多，但係香港煮法普遍都係偏甜小鹹，送飯正，份量都多落足料兩個成人 ，食三個菜有白飯餸，有啖茶飲已經好飽👍價錢適中，味道我會比100分，起碼對得住價錢👍

一道川味菜餚，但係佢冇落辣椒🌶️ 佢個外皮都可以食，係軟雪糕嗰啲皮，好入味啲腰果脆口，雞丁新鮮嫩滑大嚿，份量一比一，整到金黃色我冇P相，送飯正👍

又係一道招牌川菜，喺內地食真係好平50幾蚊有一碟，其實味道就差唔多，但係香港煮法普遍都係偏甜小鹹，送飯正，份量都多落足料
