今日接男朋友放工佢帶咗我食呢間叫Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco嘅餐廳。佢有唔同嘅menu畀我哋揀,我哋最後揀咗Degustation Menu♥Yaito Gatsuo & Rhubard♥Yaito Gatsuo係鰹魚,搭配大黃和金合歡花醬,酸甜中帶有微辣,好開胃,魚肉結實之餘嫩滑。♥Potato with Fish Maw & 10g Caviar♥呢度菜係薯仔配花膠及魚子醬,口感嫩滑帶少少軟糯,味道微酸,層次好豐富。♥Brittany Spring Chicken & Coconut♥來自布列塔尼嘅春雞,加上椰子,椰水雞肉汁同奶油互相結合,口感非常有新鮮有趣,雞似質地 嫩滑,食落有少少脆口,非常高質。♥Japanese Moro Blood Orange (甜品)♥ 甜品材料有日本血橙未算驚喜,估唔到入面有海膽,配搭布丁同番紅花香草泡沫,口感綿滑,非 常刺激味蕾。🎉😋🌟
