To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工時段一大班同事去左中環嘅日式餐廳「FUMI」,現場環境氣氛熱烈,仲有不少工環打工仔同朋友飲番杯。駐場仲有魔術師表演,真係唔驚悶。FUMI DELUXE TASTING MENU先付帆立貝大葉天婦羅、茄子明太子、鰻魚玉子燒、甘酢大根最長眼一定要數日式瓷器,打開會見到甘酢大根,食完就即刻好醒胃。鰻魚厚身玉子又夠嫩。天婦羅炸皮夠薄,茄子又多汁。造身海膽、鮮吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、油甘魚四款時令嘅刺身,甘甜嘅海膽、肥美嘅吞拿魚腩、濃郁鮨香嘅深海池魚同埋細膩嘅油甘魚。御椀海鮮土瓶湯茶壺形狀嘅湯品,店員介紹首先可以就咁飲一啖,然後放上檸檬再試,味道清甜又有菌香。揚物鯛魚九條蔥天婦羅天婦羅炸皮夠酥脆,鯛魚肉厚又結實,但係炸完仲係有彈性。強餚A5鹿兒島和牛鐵板燒(三角、西冷)配 燒肉汁燒熱嘅鐵板上面放上三角、西冷和牛扒,兩邊微微變色就可以食得。大火開令到和牛表面有焦香,而內層油脂好豐富。壽司廚師發辦壽司4點四款時令嘅壽司,我自己就最鍾意肉質夠彈性嘅牡丹蝦,顏色通透食落又有甜味。果物時令果物FUMI (中環)中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈6樓
