To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開得係中環嘅日本菜點都唔會太差😝今次黎呢間日本菜係正蘭桂芳，周末食完野仲可以落去嘆番杯💮日式炸芝士年糕$78熱辣辣，咬落去嘅時間要小心辣親，芝士會爆出黎，超正😋💮A4宮崎牛釜飯 $498宮崎牛鋪滿飯面，牛肉份量都幾多，肉質嫩滑，調味唔錯，洋蔥搭配牛肉絕配！飯份量都分到三碗，飯香軟糯煙韌，淨係啲飯已經好好食🩷推薦💮天婦羅火山卷 $218外型就好似爆發嘅火山🌋三文魚卷炸過後，表面鋪上海量吞拿魚蓉，軟綿嘅魚肉加上脆脆嘅壽司同鮮甜三文魚籽，口感豐富多層次💖必點💮FUMI 雜錦海鮮卷 $188外皮炸得脆，雖然叫雜錦，但佢入面大部分厚魚肉，味道偏清💮日本免治雞棒配日本雞蛋 $82免治雞棒肉汁飽滿，蘸上日本蛋食口感更滑，啖啖肉😙💮宮崎無添加豚肉涮涮鍋 $388豚肉嫩滑，涮涮鍋用上雪平鍋，蔬菜煲滾後加入豚肉，吸滿蔬菜湯汁。涮涮鍋有齊冬粉、菇類、豆腐等，配上經典醬汁芝麻醬同柚子醋一齊食，風味十足💮鯛魚濃湯 $118湯汁呈奶白色，口感順滑，鮮味十足💮綠茶焦糖燉蛋$68綠茶味道好重，焦糖表面薄脆，燉蛋奶滑香濃💯💮Summer Lover $88裡面加入打碎左嘅荔枝果肉，味道混合西瓜汁同橙汁，甜得黎帶清爽感
