To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日放工比較少出中環晚餐,今日就約左朋友食呢間Rare Restaurant-紅館。廚師係黎自法國藍帶,食物質素應該有保證。一入門口,侍應就安排左我同朋友坐bar枱,原來呢度有兩層,上層就係全部都bar枱,樓下設更多雅座,下層就環境清幽啲,適合同朋友談心。侍應推介我同朋友食一個ALL DAY SET MENU,價錢就因應你主菜既選擇,主菜一個價錢會包哂以下所有食物。餐包佢既法包咬落十分鬆脆,配上餐廳提供的油醋,令人食慾大增,餐廳的油醋瓶很有特色因我同朋友都唔太肚餓,所以頭盤都選擇左沙律值得稱讚既係佢啲車厘茄,好清甜,同平時買既會有蕃茄味既車厘茄不一樣。主菜Spicy  US Beef Submarine $328牛肉帶少許咸味,味道適宜,唯包的質感太梗,難以一次過切開,只好包同內餡分開食用,伴碟有大大舊薯塊,味道略淡。另一主菜Market  Crab Fettucine $368汁非常濃郁,不太咸也不太淡,味道適中,是大廚用魚骨熬制數小時而成日湯汁,蟹肉亦非常足料。在我們差不多品嘗完主菜後,只見大廚拎住火槍在燒兩個杯仔,原來為我地炮製緊甜品!甜品係橙味焦糖布甸橙味濃郁,上層以脆脆的焦糖
